FAQ Curbside pickup

Some stores may be temporarily closed, or if your comfortability is curbside, we have you covered with curbside options at all our locations.

How does Curbside Pick Up work?

Please place your order online or call your local store. Our customer service team is there to help you order your favourite products or find something new. When placing your order, you can choose the pickup time and date. The store team will prepare your order and notify you via email when ready. When you arrive, park in the designated area, you can call us to notify our team you have arrived, or we'll come out at the designated time to deliver your goods right into the trunk of your car.  

How will I know where and when my order will be ready. 

We will notify you via email to confirm your order is ready for pickup.  

Can I call in my order? 

Yes, absolutely. If you prefer to call in your order, our team is ready to help. Time slots are available online, and our team has full access to the store's booking system. We are here to help. 

What are the payment methods for curbside?  

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. Sorry, we are unable to process cash for curbside pickups.
