Return Policy

Our refund policy last 60 days. You have up to 60 days from the purchase date to return the product to be eligible for a full refund (30 days) or store credit (30-60 days). 

Return within 30 Days: If you return your product within 30-days, we will provide a full refund – sale receipt required. The customer is responsible for all shipping-related fees.

Return within 60 Days
: If you return your product between 30 to 60 days, you are eligible for store credit, sale receipt required. The customer is responsible for all shipping-related fees.

Return after 60 Days: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept refunds past 60-days from the date of purchase.

ReturnING YOUR PRODUCT

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 933 Niagara Stone Rd, Niagara on the Lake, Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON, L0S 1J0, Canada.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Once we receive the shipped product(s) and if you are eligible for a refund – we will provide a refund.

Flower Power Points 

Flower power points are a fun way to receive a little extra for purchases. Points are earned on regular-priced items and transactions with no coupons applied. Flower power points have no cash value and can expire 11 months from the date added. We reserve all right on points and are subject to change. One point can be earned from every qualifying $20 spent on sales receipt.  Sign up is required to participate in the program.  Points are earn at the store level and may not be link or combined based on location.  Ask the store for further details.
