Welcome to neōb lavender farm

By entering the farm, lavender fields, flower gardens, you-pick areas, farm market, trails, or participating in any farm experience, you are taking part in an agritourism activity.

Our farm is a working agricultural property. Natural and farm-related risks may be present, including uneven ground, field conditions, weather, insects, wildlife, farm equipment, plants, structures, and the actions of other visitors.

Required Ontario Agritourism Warning

WARNING: under Ontario law, an agritourism provider is not liable for the death or injury or illness of a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location if that injury or death or illness results from the inherent risks of that agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, but are not limited to, the risk of injury inherent to land, equipment and animals as well as the potential for you as a participant to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.

Visitor Guidelines

Please stay on marked paths and designated visitor areas.
Watch your step, as farm fields may have uneven surfaces, holes, stones, mud, plants, irrigation lines, or natural obstacles.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Do not climb on farm equipment, fences, gates, wagons, displays, structures, or trees.
Do not enter closed, roped-off, staff-only, production, storage, or equipment areas.
Use caution around bees, insects, wildlife, plants, and natural field conditions.
Follow all posted signs and staff instructions.
Wear suitable footwear for walking through fields and gardens.
Use extra caution during wet, windy, hot, or changing weather conditions.
