- Orders are processed and shipped during our regular business hours, Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed.
- During high-volume periods (such as holidays or promotions), processing times may take longer.
Shipping Options and Costs
We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order weight. Shipping times are based on in-stock product.
- Standard Shipping: Within Canada, 3-10 business days.
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 10-30 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Use this information to track your package in real-time.

Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to Canada and the USA.

Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered. If your package is missing, please:
- Check with neighbours or your building’s management.
- Contact the shipping carrier using your tracking information.

Delayed Delivery:
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier issues.
International Shipping
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.
- Please check your local import regulations before placing an order.
Address Changes or Errors
It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout.

- Incorrect Addresses: Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
