I get this rubbed into my back after a hot shower and it soothes me. I recommend it for sore muscles and achy bits.
This product is natural which is important and it works. It has the right blend of ingredients that give relief for pain in my lower back. It relieves the pain from osteoarthritis. I find the effect lasts much longer than some of the other products I purchased in the local pharmacy.
This is the best product ever. My sister uses it to relax her legs after her compression socks are taken off at night.
