we visited the Elora location and the sales lady was so knowledgeable in explaining all the varieties of lavender and then explained how the rose geranium is good for hormones. And so far it seems to be working for night flashes. I have been able to reduce my medication, and my husband loves the smell of the spray.

Love it! I use rose water regularly, and this just steps it up a notch. It's small enough to carry, helps when I'm feeling overheated, and is also just a nice refresher to bring on good vibes.
